6. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wj6 shall not be held liable for any of the following:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the wj6 platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, server downtime, or circumstances beyond wj6's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, force majeure events, or regulatory interventions.
• Any loss resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, including losses arising from security breaches attributable to the player's own negligence (such as sharing login credentials or using an unsecured device).
